    Hey Julie, Terry & Dave - Chris Trabeaux here. My husband & I met all of you in Natchez in the lobby of the Eola on Wednesday. The tree you are referring to is a Live Oak. It is deformed either by too much pruning or too many hurricanes in its old lifetime
